Mr.Zhao Jiaqun is the founder and chief engineer of SOVY Pulverizing Machinery Co., Ltd.. During the early days of opening-up and reforms in China, he has conducted a research and study of domestic pulverizing machinery and designed a large quantity of pulverizing machines suitable for using in China. Therefore, it can be said that Mr. Zhao is the first expert who systematically studied pulverizing machinery theory and market. And pulverizing machinery designed by him is extensively used all over China and initiates Chinese pulverizing machinery industry. For his outstanding achievements in the industry, Mr. Zhao is selected and listed in The Talent Archives Of The 21st Century. He is generous and supportive in competition of the industry, with products designed and developed by him broadly used, manufactured and operated as a technical assistance in the practical work. Though he is over 60 now, his theoretical study and development is far from a halt. Recently, he has finished basic development and research of granularity property changing machine and R Series mini-cutter.
